If you choose to pay using Klarna or any other third-party financing provider, the purchase remains subject to our standard Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Due to the immediate access to digital materials, coaching resources, proprietary training content, and the allocation of coaching time, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where permitted by law, by purchasing our coaching services, training programs, digital products, memberships, or other digital content, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
Access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase.
Coaching services are scheduled and delivered on a fixed-capacity basis.
No refunds will be provided for partially used services, missed calls, unused coaching sessions, or failure to complete the program.
Choosing Klarna financing does not create any additional right to a refund.
By requesting immediate access to digital content or services, you expressly consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that any applicable statutory cooling-off period may be waived to the extent permitted by law.
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The product is returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
Proof of purchase is provided.
The customer contacts us within the 14-day return period to request a return.
Unless the product is faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, including purchases financed through Klarna.
If a refund is approved by us in writing, the refund will be processed through Klarna. Klarna will adjust or cancel any remaining payment obligations in accordance with its own terms and procedures.
Customers remain responsible for all payments due to Klarna unless and until a refund has been approved and processed.
