PROGRAM TERMS & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any program, coaching service, digital product, membership, workshop, course, or training provided by With Kristina Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when enrolling in any program or purchasing any product or service.

2. Program Participation

We are committed to providing a professional and supportive environment for all participants.

With Kristina Ltd. reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate participation without refund if a participant:

Acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner;

Fails to follow reasonable program guidelines;

Harasses other participants, contractors, employees, or representatives of the Company;

Violates any provision of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by With Kristina Ltd., including but not limited to:

Training materials

Videos and recordings

Templates

Worksheets

Frameworks

Processes

Documents

Presentations

Program content

remain the sole intellectual property of With Kristina Ltd.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, taught, published, recorded, or otherwise used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal from the Program and legal action where appropriate.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and require you to respect the privacy of fellow participants.

You agree that:

Information shared by participants during coaching sessions, group calls, communities, or events is confidential.

You will not disclose confidential information belonging to another participant or With Kristina Ltd.

You will not use confidential information for commercial purposes outside the Program.

You will not share program materials with third parties.

You may discuss your own experiences and results but must keep the personal information and experiences of other participants confidential.

5. Non-Solicitation

During your participation in the Program and for twelve (12) months following completion or termination, you agree not to directly solicit, recruit, hire, or attempt to hire employees, contractors, coaches, or representatives of With Kristina Ltd. without prior written consent.

6. Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

All information provided through the Program is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided by With Kristina Ltd. constitutes legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

You are solely responsible for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

Success depends on many factors, including but not limited to:

Your effort and consistency

Your experience and skill level

Market conditions

Implementation of strategies

External economic factors

No guarantee is made regarding specific earnings, revenue, clients, business growth, or financial results except where expressly stated in writing.

Testimonials and case studies are examples only and are not guarantees of future results.

8. Terms of Sale

All Program sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable except where required by applicable law.

The Client agrees to make all payments on time according to the selected payment plan.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal from the Program while remaining liable for any outstanding balance.

The Client confirms that all payments made to With Kristina Ltd. are authorized and voluntarily made.

9. 10K Client Guarantee exclusively for FREEDOM CIRCLE VIP or CORE clients or if agreed upon this program

Where offered, the 10K Client Guarantee is a support guarantee and not a refund guarantee.

The Company agrees to continue supporting the Client until they achieve their first GBP 10,000 USD monthly writing income, provided the Client:

Participates actively in the Program;

Attends coaching sessions or reviews recordings;

Completes assigned action steps;

Maintains documented outreach activity;

Implements feedback and guidance provided.

Failure to meet these participation requirements may void the guarantee.

The guarantee does not entitle the Client to a refund, partial refund, damages, or compensation of any kind.

10. Immediate Performance & Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing the Program, the Client expressly requests that With Kristina Ltd. begin providing services immediately following enrollment.

Services may include:

Onboarding

Coaching calls

Feedback

Strategy sessions

Community access

Digital materials

Program resources

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, the Client acknowledges that they have requested immediate performance before the expiration of any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period.

The Client further acknowledges that once services have been fully performed, any applicable withdrawal rights may be lost.

Where services have been partially performed during a withdrawal period, With Kristina Ltd. reserves the right to charge a proportionate amount for services already delivered, where permitted by law.

11. Digital Content

The Program includes access to digital content including recordings, templates, worksheets, guides, documents, and training materials.

By accessing such content immediately after purchase, the Client expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that any applicable withdrawal rights relating to digital content may cease upon access being granted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Business Purchases

Where a Client purchases a Program on behalf of a business, company, partnership, sole proprietorship, freelance business, or other commercial activity, the Client confirms that the purchase is made primarily for business purposes.

In such circumstances, statutory consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting With Kristina Ltd. and providing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

Where a chargeback is initiated for services already provided or digital content already accessed, With Kristina Ltd. reserves the right to submit evidence including:

Enrollment records

Signed agreements

Payment records

Program access logs

Coaching attendance records

Communications and correspondence

to defend the dispute.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, With Kristina Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in any Program, use of any materials, or reliance upon any information provided.

The Client accepts full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results.

15. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless With Kristina Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the Program or breach of this Agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the Program.
